I have not even reviewed an email to confirm my package processing has started since last week when I paid for it

I ordered the latest Airbeam 5X faster drying model and paid for this model but was sent an older model which is 3X faster. I called Customer service and got to know that Zendesk manages the customer service. They asked that I send pictures and Tymo would start the investigation in 3 business days and decide what needs to be done.
First of all I was sent an older model and now have to wait on an investigation. Seems like it is going to take a while before this issue is resolved.
