I received my mini iron. It will not turn on. It doesn’t work. I either want another one or a refund.

The hair dryer brush I received started smoking when I turned it on. It got really hot and no sound came from dryer as well l. Received on 01/07/25.

I have 2 products to return, the mini has never worked. The pro brush is not heating as hot and it gliches off and on while I'm using it.
